Have you ever wanted to ask an officer a question but was afraid to do so?

“What can I do about speeders in my neighborhood?”
“When should I report something that looks suspicious?”

The Hermiston Police Department invites the community to join them at Starbucks on Friday, March 18 from 2-4 PM where officers will be available for questions and conversation. This will be a very informal, casual setting with several police supervisors available to speak to the public. So mark your calendars and take some time to get some answers.

“Coffee with the Cops” concept is a pilot program implemented by the Hermiston Police Department in an effort to enhance communication, and will consist of a “one-on-one” type format with a member of the police department and members of the community. The format of these meetings has been designed to be informative. The Hermiston Police Department is dedicated to promoting the quality of life in Hermiston in partnership with our community, by proactively reducing crime with integrity and a commitment to excellence.
