Located in the City Hall building at 180 NE 2nd Street are the City Administration offices and the Finance Department where you can open and/or close city utility accounts (for water, sewer and refuse); pay city utility accounts and Hermiston Energy Services billings; obtain information on city elections, personnel, and the senior and disabled taxi program; and obtain general information about the City. Also located in City Hall are the Engineering Department and the Planning Department, and the Parks and Recreation Department. Business hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm weekdays.For after-hours emergency, contact the Hermiston Police Department at 541-567-5519.
