Release Date:
02/13/2012

At the request of Old West Federal Credit Union, the total reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the robbery that took place Friday February 10th at approximately 5:30 PM, has been increased to $20,000.

This includes $12,500 from Old West Federal Credit Union, $5000 from the Financial Institution Security Taskforce (FIST), and $2500 from the City of Hermiston.

Persons with information are asked to call the Hermiston Police Department at 541-567-5519.

“As previously stated, we are dealing with a situation in which limited information and details have been made available to our agency.  Our detectives are continuing their work on this investigation along with the FBI and Oregon State Police, yet we are hopeful this will culminate with the arrest of those responsible because of information provided to us by the public,” reports Acting Chief of Police Jason Edmiston
