Consider a request for annexation of approximately 105,000 square feet of land and a request for a minor land partition where the property owner wishes to connect to the city sewer system and partition a portion of land for a dwelling. The property is located at 290 E. McKinney Road. The applicants are Steve and Tamie Watkinds.
