NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - for CBDS Hermiston Properties, LLC

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the 8th day of February, 2017 at or after 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 180 NE 2nd Street, Hermiston, Oregon.  The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for approval of an application to allow a conditional use permit from CBDS Hermiston Properties, LLC.

The applicant seeks approval to allow the conversion of an existing medical office building into a preschool facility in a Central Commercial (C-1) zone. The request is defined as a conditional use and requires approval from the Planning Commission subject to the provisions for a conditional use permit. The property is located at 975 W Orchard Ave.  It is also described as 4N 28 10CC Tax Lots 802 and 900.
