1. The City Council has approved some phased upgrades for the treatment plant. These upgrades will occur over the next seven years. Phase I upgrades are listed below.

1. Chemical treatment to remove some organic loading before the secondary treatment system.
2. Digester rehabilitation.
3. Addition of a new blower to provide more air to the secondary system.
