Hermiston Airport Runway Closes Temporarily

Runway 4 – 22 at the Hermiston Airport will be closed from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday, September 5, 2012.  The closure is part of a planned pavement maintenance program.  Crews will be crack sealing and performing other repair work to the runway and the taxiway.  Airport staff will work with flights that need to get in or out, and will ask maintenance crews to clear the runway with at least 15 minutes warning.  Affected pilots are asked to call Susie Raw, Airport Manager.

The Hermiston Airport will also experience intermittent apron and taxiway closures for sealing and repairs from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, September, 4, 2012.  Intermittent apron and taxiway closures for crack sealing and repairs will also take place from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, September 6, 2012.

7 a.m. – 7 p.m.            for crack sealing and repairs.

7 a.m. – 7 p.m.             repairs.
