Seibel, 41 years of age, of 80873 Cactus Drive, Hermiston, hiding between the building and some storage containers.

Seibel was taken to the Hermiston Police Department where he was processed for Attempted Burglary in the Second Degree, Possession of Burglary Tools, Unlawful Possession of Meth, and Unlawful Entry to a Motor Vehicle.  Seibel also had (3) warrants for his arrest – one out of Hermiston Municipal Court, one out of Umatilla County, and one out of Morrow County.

Seibel was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail on the listed charges.

“This is yet another example of an offender on the streets that has yet to be held accountable for past actions hence the three arrest warrants.  Over the years, our agency alone has arrested Mr. Seibel 12 times and charged him with 40 different things,” says Chief Jason Edmiston.
