May Planning Commission Moved

The May regular meeting of the Hermiston Planning Commission has been rescheduled from May 14th to May 21st.  The meeting will be held at 7 pm in the council chambers of the city hall.  The meeting was rescheduled to avoid a scheduling conflict with the city’s budget committee meeting. 

Items scheduled for the May agenda are:

1.      Consider a one-year review of the conditional use permit allowing a restoration of a non-conforming use at 78227 Highway 207.

2.      Consider a recommendation to the city council on periodic review work tasks 4 and 5 (adoption of a public facilities plan and update to the 2003 transportation system plan.

3.      Consider a request for a minor partition of land at the northwest corner of NE 10th Street and E Main Street.
