  2. Resolution No. 2083 - Updating the general city fee resolution to reflect changes in fees charged for furnishing copies and public record documents and superceding Resolution No. 1985.

  1. Consider directing staff to publish notice of the May 15th, 2018 Primary Election in the Hermiston Herald.

  2. Consider approval of a 20-year ground lease, at the airport, for developer Denis Hyatt, to build a 5,250 square foot hangar building.
