Consider a conditional use application from CBDS Properties, LLC to allow the conversion of an existing medical office building into a preschool facility located in a Central Commercial (C-1) zone.  The property is located at 975 W Orchard Ave and is also described as 4N 28 10CC Tax Lots 802 and 900.
