RFQ- Citywide Public Art Plan

Release Date:

The City of Hermiston, Oregon is looking for help in developing a Public Art Plan.  The City expects a professional quality final product, and therefore will pay $9,000 to the consultant who is selected to do the work.  The Request For Qualifications has a specified, but relaxed, timeline for project completion which was designed so that the winning consultant can fit this project around their other duties and commitments.  The City is also willing to be even more flexible on the timeline depending on the needs of the most qualified consultant.  For example, this may be pushed to the Summer or Fall if it works best for the consultant.
