NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston City Council will hold a public hearing on July 25, 2022, at or after 7:00 PM at the Community Center, Hermiston, Oregon, on the proposed annexation to the City of Hermiston, withdrawal from the Umatilla County Library District, and establishing zoning designation of the following described property: approximately 0.45 acre tract addressed as 120 E Oregon Ave and 1650 NE North St. The property, owned by Jesus & Rosa Pena, is described as 4N2802CB Tax Lots 5400 and 5500 and has a comprehensive plan map designation of Medium Density/Mobile Home Residential (MH).
Lots 1, 2, and 3 of Block 7 of Hal Brandt Tracts
All being East of the Willamette Meridian, in the county of Umatilla and State of Oregon.
The above-described land shall be designated as Multi-Structure Residential (R-4) on the City zoning map.
The public may appear and be heard on the above stated questions.
