Requesting Inspections
Inspections can be requested several different ways.
- By going to www.buildingpermits.oregon.gov and selecting the "schedule tab".
- Call or text 1-888-299-2821 and use your IVR number, which can be found on the top of your building permit under the permit number.
- Using the smart phone app "Oregon ePermitting App" . This can be found in the Apple and Android app stores.

Inspections which are requested prior to 7:00 a.m. are normally conducted on the date requested if inspections are conducted on that day; inspection requests received after 7:00 a.m. will be accomplished the following day or on the next scheduled inspection date for that type of inspection; unless a later date is requested. When possible, same day inspections will be accommodated.
Homeowners can still call the office at 541-667-5025 to request an inspection. Please have your permit number, address and type of inspection you are requesting available.
