Effective February 1, 2023 The Oregon Liquor & Cannabis Commission has Updated their Alcohol Licensing Application Process & Forms.

 

 

Special Events and Temporary Sales Liquor License Applications:

These licenses require specific OLCC Applications that must be paid for and submitted to the Police Department BEFORE being submitted to the OLCC.

All Other Liquor License Applications, ie: Brewery, Full On-Premises Sales, Limited On-Premises Sales, etc,:

These licenses require the below OLCC Application Forms that must be paid for and submitted to the City Recorder BEFORE being submitted to the OLCC:

  1. Liquor License Application
  2. Business Operating Information
  3. Individual History Form

Please note: Other OLCC forms may be requested to complete the application review process

Once the completed forms have been submitted and paid for, the application will be processed which includes review and approval by the City Council. The review process can take up to 30-days to complete.

 

Liquor License Applications must be applied for through the Oregon Liquor Control Commission (OLCC).
