NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston City Council will hold a public hearing on September 25, 2023, at or after 7:00 PM at City Hall, 180 NE 2nd St Hermiston, Oregon, on the proposed annexation to the City of Hermiston, withdrawal from the Umatilla County Library District, and establishing zoning designation of the following described property: approximately 0.72-acre tract addressed as 910 W Angus Ave. The property, owned by Nathan and Penney Crowther Trust, is described as 4N2815CB Tax Lot 1907 and has a comprehensive plan map designation of Low Density Residential (L).
Angus Acres Lot 4 Block 3
All being East of the Willamette Meridian, in the county of Umatilla and State of Oregon.
The above described land shall be designated as Low Density Residential (R-1) on the City zoning map.
The public may appear and be heard on the above stated questions.
