Notice of Public Hearing June 14, 2023 In-Fill Designation 4N2811DA TL 2700- 945 E Newport Ave

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on June 14, 2023, at or after 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 180 NE 2nd St Hermiston, Oregon. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request from Gavin Gervais for an in-fill designation for property located at 945 E Newport Ave. The property is owned by Phoenix Builders Investment Group, described as 4N2811DA Tax Lot 2700 and zoned Low Density Residential (R-1).  The applicant proposes to partition the lot and requests a deviation from the requirement that a lot’s depth not exceed three times its width, for six proposed lots.
