The Hermiston City Council will hold a public hearing and consider adoption of an ordinance for the proposed North Hermiston Urban Renewal Plan.

The proposed maximum indebtedness for the North Hermiston Urban Renewal Plan is $5,000,000 (Five Million dollars).
The ordinance, if approved, is subject to referendum. The adoption of the Plan does not increase taxes.
