Notice of Public Hearing Planning Commission February 14, 2024 Conditional Use Permit 4N2810DD Tax Lots 100, 200, 201 & 202 - 330 S First St

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the 14th day of February 2024 at or after 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 180 NE 2nd St, Hermiston, Oregon.  The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for approval of an application to allow a conditional use permit from Michael Schlager of Schlager Zimmerman Architects.

The applicant seeks approval to allow construction of a 2,937 square foot addition to the Bob Shannon Safety Center and parking lot improvements. The request is defined as a conditional use and requires approval from the Planning Commission subject to the provisions for a conditional use permit. The property is located at 330 S First St.  It is also described as 4N 28 10DD Tax Lots 100, 200, 201 & 202.  The property is zoned Medium Density Residential (R-2) and is owned by the City of Hermiston.
