City Hall

To comply with the State of Oregon’s orders to reduce the potential spread of COVID-19, Hermiston City Hall and the Hermiston Community Center will be closed to walk-in traffic beginning Wednesday, Nov. 18 until Umatilla County's "freeze" order is lifted.

The walk-up window on the east side of the Temporary City Hall at 215 E. Gladys Ave. will remain open during office hours, and customers can set up an appointment to enter the building by calling 541-667-5025. The Parks and Recreation Department is also available by phone at 541-667-5018.

The Hermiston Public Library will remain open but reduced to 75% capacity with face coverings and distancing required. Curbside pick-up and drop-off will continue to be available on Gladys Ave. Visit www.hermistonlibrary.us for online and curbside options.

The Hermiston Police Department and Municipal Court lobbies will remain open with masks and physical distancing required. Please utilize the lobbies only for business that can’t be conducted online or over the phone.

The City of Hermiston encourages residents to follow COVID-19 safety guidelines in public at all times, including wearing a face covering, maintaining six feet of physical distance from others, and regularly washing your hands. If you are sick, please stay home.
