General City Operations
Business hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm weekdays. For after-hours emergency, contact the Hermiston Police Department at 541-567-5519.
City Hall is located at 180 NE 2nd Street, where you will find the City Administration offices; Finance Department where you can open and/or close city utility accounts (for water, sewer and refuse), pay city utility accounts, obtain information on city elections, taxi program, and obtain general information about the City; Municipal Court; Building, Planning, and Code Enforcement Departments are also all located at City Hall.
