S. Ott Road Realignment Environmental Assessment Report for the Hermiston Municipal Airport
The Federal Aviation Administration has requested that an Environmental Assessment be prepared to assess potential impacts from the acquisition of 140 acres of property within the Runway Protection Zone of Runway 23 and the realignment of S. Ott Road east of the Hermiston Municipal Airport.
The Environmental Assessment was prepared to identify the potential environmental effects associated with the Proposed Action, as well as how any identified impacts can be avoided, minimized, or mitigated. The Environmental Assessment is an informational document and represents a disclosure of relevant environmental information regarding the Proposed Action for the S. Ott Road Realignment Project.
