Fee Schedule

The structural permit fee for new residential and commercial construction and additions is calculated using the methodology set by the State Building Codes Division and is the same methodology used throughout Oregon. The square footage of the structure is multiplied by the rate shown under the type and occupancy of construction as per the ICC Building Valuation Data. As required by OAR 918-050-0100, the city updates its valuation table annually on April 1 to match the latest version published by the ICC. Once a valuation is determined it is applied to Table A-1 in our fee schedule which is established locally. 

The final determination of valuation, occupancy, and/or construction type under any of the provisions of this order shall be made by the Building Official
