Setback Requirements

Setbacks are required to be met on all structures over 120 sq ft. They vary depending on what Zone you are located in.

Lot coverage needs to be taken into consideration when building any structure over 120 sq ft. 

Residential structures (houses, duplexes, multi-family) may cover 45% of the total lot area on properties zoned R-1, R-3, R-4 and RR. Residential structures may cover 40% of the total lot area in the R-1 zone.  Covered patios, porches and gazebos may cover an additional 5% of total lot area.
