Court Payments

If you have a new traffic citation, some violations may be eligible for the Traffic Safety Education Program (Diversion), the Compliance Program (Dismissal for eligible for "fix-it" violations), or Fine Reduction, see list of links below:  

If you pay your citation before you are approved and receive your instructions for the listed programs, a conviction will be placed on your DMV record and the case will be CLOSED. Programs will no longer be an option for you.

  • Phone at 888-291-1740, this is a 24-hour automated payment system
  • In person with Cash, Check, Cashier's Check, Money Order, Credit/Debit: Visa, Master Card, Discover Card
  • Mail: (Please include your full name and docket number for processing)

Payment Plan

The court allows payment plans for cases not able to be paid within 30 days.  If you are interested in payment plan for your court cases, please contact the Court at 541-567-6610 or visit the court in person.
