Adult Sports
Hermiston Recreation Adult Sports provides recreational and competitive leagues in Basketball, Volleyball and Flag Football.

Registration:
- Go to bit.ly/hermistonrecreation and create an account if needed. Click on ADULT SPORTS and find the sport you want to register for. Only the Team Managers will need to pay and go through this step. *Hint-If you have signed up for a rec program in the past you most likely have an account.
- Team Managers will now follow the prompts in your account to send out invitations to your players.
- Each player will need to create/access an account to accept their invitation to be on your team.
- Players must accept their invitations to be placed on the roster and to be eligible to play.
Communication: All league communications will done via email.

Adult Flag Football League
Registration: Opens in August Season: September-November
Competitive Coed League, 8 v 8. Roster limited to 20 players.
Adult Volleyball League
Fall Season
Registration: Registration opens in August. Season: September-November.
Winter Season
Registration: Opens in December Season: January-March.
Competitive Coed and Rec Coed League. Leagues play 4 v 4.
Roster limited to 12 players.
Adult Basketball League
Registration: Opens in December Season: January-March.
Competitive Coed and Rec Coed League. Both play 5 v 5.
Roster limited to 20 players.
